the staff were amazing. very helpful & have me an amazing birthday gift. snack, food, & drinks are conveniently located on the property. the tvs had streaming services for free. the water was amazingly hot

The lobby is very grand and the outside patio area was beautiful with the sitting area around the water/fire feature. We had a nice view from our room on the 10th floor. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft.

The staff from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the bar were also friendly and hip. Great family environment.
